Using Fold in One

By using the game or website, you agree to these terms. If you are not old enough to agree to them yourself, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them for you. You must also follow the rules of the store and any gaming platform you use.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable store terms. We retain ownership of the game, artwork, branding, and other original content.

Fair play

Do not use cheats, falsify scores, exploit bugs to manipulate rankings, interfere with the service, or use unlawful or abusive player names. Do not copy or distribute the game or its assets without permission, except where applicable law allows it. We may restrict online features or seek removal of invalid scores to protect fair play, subject to platform controls and applicable law.

Progress, daily courses, and rewards

Progress is saved locally unless a feature explicitly says otherwise. Device changes, cleared storage, reinstalls, or software problems may cause local progress to be lost. Platform leaderboard entries are separate from your local save and are not a backup of your game.

Daily courses change at 00:00 UTC. Streaks depend on recorded completions on successive UTC dates. Virtual rewards and cosmetic ball styles are part of the game, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or traded for money.

Device support and safe play

Fold controls require compatible hardware and available sensor support. Touch angle controls are available when hinge controls are unavailable. Features and performance can differ between devices and software versions. Move your device gently and within its manufacturer's intended range; do not force a hinge or play when doing so would be unsafe.

Platform services

Game Center and Google Play Games are operated by Apple and Google. Sign-in, public profiles, leaderboards, service availability, and platform account actions are also governed by their terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.

Availability and updates

We may update levels, balance, cosmetic content, and features, or fix errors. Online services may be interrupted or discontinued. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that all errors can be corrected. If payments are introduced, pricing and applicable terms will be shown before purchase.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local saves, platform gaming information, motion readings, and support information.

Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided as available without additional promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.

Ending use and changes to these terms

You can stop using the game at any time. We may limit access to online features for a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law. We may revise these terms as features change and will provide notice where required. The date above identifies the current version.
